BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana head football coach Tom Allen announced today that quarterback Jack Tuttle, a 6-4, 207-pound transfer from the University of Utah, has signed his Big Ten tender of financial aid and will join the program for the 2019 spring semester. The San Marcos, Calif., native and Mission Hills High School graduate did not see any action with the Utes as a true freshman in 2018.
