BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana University baseball team used a heavy offensive showing to take down Iowa 12-6 on Saturday afternoon at Bart Kaufman Field.
With the victory the Hoosiers improve to 19-9 on the season overall and in Big Ten play. The Hawkeyes drop to 19-12 on the year and in league action.

• Indiana jumped all over the Hawkeyes early, taking a 5-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning. OF had a two-run single to open it up before DH earned an RBI after getting hit by a pitch with the bases loaded.
