JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. – In the aftermath of Sunday’s surprising 115-104 loss for the Indiana Junior All-Stars to Kentucky, Bloomington South’s Anthony Leal vowed that the rematch would be different.
Leal and the Indiana juniors backed up that proclamation on Monday evening at Jeffersonville’s Johnson Arena.
After trailing Kentucky 33-32 midway through the first half, the Indiana juniors reeled off a 42-17 run to claim a comfortable 74-50 lead at intermission.
The game never got competitive in the second half as Indiana rolled to an easy 142-105 victory. Indiana led by as many as 40 in the second half.
