Indiana sophomore guard CJ Gunn will enter his name in the NCAA transfer portal.
A 6-foot-6 product of Lawrence North, Gunn played two seasons for the Hoosiers and appeared in 49 games.
He scored a career-high 17 points in IU’s season-ending loss to Nebraska in the 2024 Big Ten tournament quarterfinals but all of his minutes came after the game was already decided.
A class of 2022 recruit, Gunn originally committed to Indiana under Archie Miller. Following the hiring of Mike Woodson, Gunn affirmed his commitment to the program in the spring of 2021.
His career as a Hoosier was largely a disappointment.
