Tom Allen and the Indiana football program have made great strides in the recruiting ranks over the past three years, since Allen took over, winning multiple battles for top prospects over other Big Ten foes. While a lot of them have, and will, make an impact, there probably won’t be one bigger than 2020 wide receiver commit Rashawn Williams.
When Williams committed to Indiana in April, he became the highest rated commit in Indiana football history. Ranked No. 347 in the 247Sports composite rankings, Williams will look to be an immediate impact player on the offensive side of the ball with the departures of Donavan Hale and Nick Westbrook.
