When Kevin Wilson resigned on December 1st, many fans were wondering what that meant for the future of Indiana football. Well, they got some great news when they decided to keep defensive coordinator Tom Allen as the team’s new head football coach for the 2017 season. In what was supposed to be a “rebuilding” year for the Hoosiers, Allen lead them to a 5-7 record, pretty good considering he wasn’t able to recruit his own players.
There will be plenty of change for Indiana in the 2018 football season, hopefully leading the team to an improved record and a bowl game for the first time since they lost to Utah in the Foster Farms Bowl back in 2016.
