Assistant head coach and running backs coach, Mike Hart was recently named a top 25 recruiter according to Rivals.
The former Michigan running back has been with Indiana since 2017, and has developed into one of the best running back coaches in the Big Ten if not the entire country.
The biggest commitment Hart has played a major hand in, is the commitment flip from four-star running back Sampson James away from Ohio State back in October.
Hart blossomed quickly, as he coached the lone Power 5 freshman duo to rush for over 400 yards in 2017 – Morgan Ellison (704) and Cole Gest (428).
