Already the lead on Stevie Scott and Ronnie Walker in the 2018 class, he did it again for the 2019 class when he got Sampson James, a four-star back, to switch his commitment from Ohio State to the Hoosiers. Now he’s back at it with 2020 running back Peny Boone.
Boone, a borderline three-star/four-star running back, is the 371st ranked player in the entire 2020 class, and the 27th best back.
From Martin Luther King High School in Michigan, Boone had seemingly been all but a lock to Tennessee but there have been a lot of recent developments that may have him going elsewhere.
