Indiana Falls To Michigan In Double Overtime

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - It was double overtime. Indiana trailed Michigan by seven points. The Hoosiers faced 4th-and-goal from the 2-yard line.

Senior quarterback Nate Sudfeld gathered the snap out of the shotgun. He had time as he set his feet, looking to his right the whole way. Redshirt junior receiver Mitchell Paige made his break along the goal-line and Sudfeld saw him. He fired away a pass toward one of his most reliable targets, but his pass fell incomplete after hitting Paige in the chest.

Michigan defeated Indiana 48-41 in double overtime.
