The Big Ten Conference announced its players of the week for the week of Nov 11, and Indiana basketball freshman Trayce Jackson-Davis received the honor of Co-Freshman of the week for his play against North Alabama and Troy, sharing the honor with Michigan State big man Malik Hall.
Jackson-Davis, who continued his hot start to his freshman season, averaged 18.5 points and 11.0 rebounds in Indiana’s two wins last week. What was more impressive was his 90 percent shooting from the field (9-of-10) and 79.2 percent from the free-throw line (19-of-24).
Against Troy, most recently, Jackson-Davis had 17 points and 14 rebounds adding his second double-double of the season.
