Trayce Jackson-Davis was named Indiana’s Mr. Basketball on Sunday, joining Romeo Langford as the second straight Indiana basketball recruit to win the award.
One of four finalists, Jackson-Davis was given the honor over New Castle’s Luke Bumbalough, a Ball State commit, Valparaiso’s Brandon Newman, a Purdue commit, and fellow Indiana basketball signee Armaan Franklin from Indianapolis Cathedral.
For Jackson-Davis this is just one of many honors he has received throughout his stellar senior season at Center Grove.
The five-star recruit, per 247Sports, averaged 22.0 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 3.1 blocks per game while shooting 61.
