Indiana basketball was back in action on Monday night as the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs came to Assembly Hall looking for the upset, but the Hoosiers had none of it, winning 88-75.
In one of the final tuneups before Florida State visits, the Hoosiers finally got the fast start that they have been looking for most of the season. Using multiple mini runs, accompanied by a 14-2 run halfway through the first half, Indiana looked like that of a top-25 team in the first half.
With nine players scoring in the first 10 minutes of the game for the Hoosiers, it was the backcourt of Devonte Green and Al Durham who came out of the gates hot combining for 27 of the 52 first half points.
