Indiana basketball has had its ups and downs in the opening month of the season. Coach Archie Miller made it a priority to schedule an easy opening schedule in order for the team’s new acquisitions to get some court-feel before heading into more challenging matchups.
It would appear his scheduling strategy was strong because the Hoosiers have shown both flashes of brilliance but also given cause for concern.
The offense has been the anchor for this team so far, which is very uncharacteristic for an Archie Miller-coached squad. The defense has let far inferior teams score with sometimes seemingly relative ease.
