In what was the only other time outside of the NBA Combine for players to showcase their sills in front of numerous NBA scouts, former Indiana basketball standout Juwan Morgan shined at the Portsmouth Invitational over the weekend.
A four-day event that allows non-lottery players, most being fringe draftees, an extra chance to impress NBA scouts, Morgan averaged 14.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and shot 48.6 percent from the field.
On the Sales System LTD roster for the event, they made it all the way to the Championship game before falling to the Portsmouth Partnership team.
