It didn’t take long for former Indiana basketball forward Juwan Morgan to be swooped up by a team following the NBA Draft.
After not hearing his name called on Thursday, the Utah Jazz signed the forward to their summer league team as an undrafted free agent.
While this is just a summer league contract, most undrafted free agents typically sign these deals with the hopes of receiving a training camp invite later in the fall.
Morgan spent four seasons at Indiana, averaging 10.7 points, 5.9 rebounds and 56.2 percent shooting.
The Third Team All-Big Ten selection as a senior isn’t the only former Hoosier to go this route though.
