The Indiana basketball program took a step in the right direction with one big man in the 2020 class on Tuesday, as the Hoosiers were included in the five-star’s top-7 list.
Announced on Twitter, Dawson Garcia included North Carolina, Arizona, Memphis, Minnesota, Kansas, and Marquette in addition to Indiana.
Garcia has been a top priority for Archie Miller in recent weeks after locking up Jordan Geronimo, Anthony Leal, and Trey Galloway – all wing players – as the front court depth is a concern moving forward.
The 6-foot-10 forward is one of the most highly skilled front court players in the class with his ability to play on the inside as well as on the perimeter.
