OXFORD, Ohio. – The Indiana University cross country teams swept the Miami Opener Friday afternoon. The women's team won with a total of 23 points with Miami University taking second and Indiana State third. The men's team also earned a total of 23 points bringing home the team win. Indiana State finished second on the men's side with Miami University taking third.
Junior led the women's team to victory as she collected her first collegiate cross country win finishing the 6k course in 21:42.60. Teammate finished close behind Barrott with the time of 21:44.40, taking second place.
