BLOOMINGTON, Ind.– The Indiana football team matched its best start since the 1993 season as they stormed by Northwestern 34-3 at Memorial Stadium on Saturday night.
The Hoosiers (7-2, 4-2) matched the 1993 Indiana football team that also started 7-2.
Stevie Scott rushed for 116 yards on 26 carries with two touchdowns runs and caught a 20-yard touchdown pass.
Michael Penix went 10-of-15 for 162 yards and added a rushing touchdown. Peyton Ramsey converted 7-of-10 for 108 yards and one touchdown.
