WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – After allowing a five run third inning and watching their 2-0 lead vanish to a 5-2 deficit, the Indiana softball team showed resiliency and battled back for a 7-5 win and a 3-1 series victory on Sunday at Bittinger Stadium.

• The Hoosiers struck first in the top of the second inning. Grace Lorsung singled to left field and Katie Lacefield tripled over the head of the left fielder to put Indiana up 1-0.
