NAPOLI, Italy – Indiana University swimmers continued to post strong performances on Sunday at the 2019 World University Games in Napoli, Italy.
Current Hoosier swimmer , swimming for Team Brazil, placed fifth overall in the Championship Final of the men's 50 backstroke with a time of 25.12.
In the Championship Final of the women's 100 backstroke, Team Canada and IU postgraduate swimmer finished fifth overall with a mark of 1:00.87.
Also for the Hoosier postgrads, earned the No. 2 seed for Monday's Championship Final of the 100 freestyle, posting a time of 25.
