The National Basketball League of Canada announced on Thursday that the Moncton Magic have signed former Hoosier, Freddie McSwain Jr.
McSwain, who played two seasons with the Hoosiers from 2016-2018, was selected in the second round of this years NBA G League draft by the Canton Charge, but never saw any playing time.
He took to twitter to make the announcement.
The National Basketball League (NBL) of Canada was founded in 2011, when three teams left the Premier Basketball League to join with four additional professional franchises to form the NBL. Currently, there are 10 teams in the league with six teams in the Atlantic provinces and the other four in Ontario.
