PEORIA, Ariz. - Indiana Women's Golf opened up the spring season with two solid rounds on Sunday at the Westbrook Invitational and sit in fifth-place overall.
The Hoosiers posted a 285 (-3) and 281 (-7) in the opening 36 holes behind a tied for 8th place performance from freshman Mary Parsons (-4,140). Their combined team score of 281 in the second round on Sunday is the second-best single round performance in school history while the 285 came in tied for seventh overall in a single round. As a team, Indiana is in fifth overall out of 15 teams and combined for a 566 on the day (-10).
