WEST WINDSOR, N.J. – The Indiana rowing team wrapped their 18th varsity season with Sunday's final round of the 2017 NCAA Championships. The Hoosiers took 12th-place in the final team standings, scoring 62 points with a trio of top-15 finishes.
The 1V4 Indiana crew started the team's morning in their C Final heat, taking the start line in the third lane. The battle for second place was fierce for the entire course, sometimes changing meter-by-meter, but Indiana prevailed with the second-place finish to take a 14th-place result on the weekend.
