Hoosiers Earn Sweep of Minnesota with 23-1 Victory

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana University baseball team earned the series sweep of Minnesota with an emphatic, 23-1, win at Bart Kaufman Field in Bloomington, Ind. on Sunday afternoon.

With the victory, the Hoosiers improve to 17-8 on the season overall and in Big Ten play. The Golden Gophers fall to 4-23 on the year and in league action.

KEY MOMENTS
• Indiana wasted no time taking control of the game on Sunday, scoring five times in the bottom of the first inning. OF Grant Richardson had an RBI single, while INF Cole Barr earned an RBI on a throwing error from the Minnesota shortstop.
