Hoosiers Close Out Regular Outdoor Season at Home

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana University track and field hosted the Billy Hayes Invitational Friday evening to close out their regular outdoor season. The Hoosiers finished the night with a total of 14 personal records and seven season-best performances.

Junior started the Hoosiers off in the field with a lifetime best mark of 63.30m (207' 8") in the hammer throw, which is a 9-foot improvement from her previous personal record that she set at Penn Relays last weekend (60.57m / 198' 8"). Ford took second place behind Olympian DeAnna Price.

The Jeffersonville, Ind. has the third best mark in the Hoosiers all-time outdoor women's hammer throw list behind Nakel McClinton (65.
