NAPOLI, Italy – The Indiana University swimming contingent at the 2019 World University Games wrapped up competition on Wednesday by winning three more medals.
Over the course of the 2019 World University Games, Hoosier swimmers – both current and postgraduate – combined to win seven gold medals, two bronze medals and qualify for 16 Championship Finals.
In the Championship Final of the men's 4x100 medley relay, both IU postgraduates Ian Finnerty and Zach Apple won gold with Team USA, helping the Americans post a winning time of 3:33.02.
