Indiana added some speed to its 2021 recruiting class on Thursday, landing a commitment from Michigan running back David Holloman.
The three-star running back was clocked at 4.33 seconds in the 40-yard dash at an Opening Combine recruiting event, according to The Detroit News. He also ran a 4.39 in the 40-yard dash at a similar recruiting event last May. Holloman, a 5-foot-10.5, 189-pound native of Auburn Hills, Mich., chose IU over reported offers from Nebraska, Maryland, Rutgers, Iowa State and West Virginia, among others.
“Has more of a longer, leaner frame than a classic running back build but has spent time the weight room and is put-together.
