CARY, N.C. – The No. 2-ranked Indiana men's soccer team (12-1-2) defeated No. 3 Pittsburgh (16-4-0) by a score of 1-0 in the 2020 NCAA College Cup semifinal match at Sahlen's Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park on Friday night.
KEY MOMENTS
• A misplayed ball deep in the Pitt backline led to the first chance of the match for Indiana in the sixth minute. Senior forward Thomas Warr collected the error and rifled a shot off the Panther defender and out for a Hoosier corner. The in-swinging corner was properly cleared by Pittsburgh.
