GUAYNABO, Puerto Rico – Three Hoosiers scored in double figures as Indiana Women's Basketball opened up the Puerto Rico Classic with a win over Loyola Marymount, 67-43. The Hoosiers improved to 10-0 with the win.

- The game was knotted at 12-all after the first quarter as Indiana lit up in the second quarter.
- Behind eight points from sophomore guard Bendu Yeaney, the Hoosiers would go on a 16-2 run in the frame and take its largest lead of the half, up 28-14. IU held the Lions (7-3) to just nine points in the second and as it would lead 29-21 at halftime.
