EUGENE, Ore. – Day two of the NCAA Championships featured the Championships debut of junior in the 10,000m.
The Louisville, Ky. native ran a lifetime best of 33:48.94, which is the fifth fastest time in Indiana University history. She collected her career-first All-American honors (second team) when she finished 13 overall in a field of 24. Allen shred eight seconds off of her previous personal record (33:56.37) that she ran at the 2017 Big Ten Outdoor Championships.
Day three of the NCAA Championships will feature the Championships debut of redshirt freshman in the 5,000m. His race is scheduled to start at 10:25 pm ET.
