BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Among the signs pointing toward Peyton Ramsey opening the 2018 Indiana football season as the starting quarterback, one seemed particularly telling: "When we selected our leadership council earlier in fall camp, he was our leading vote-getter," IU head coach Tom Allen said of Ramsey. "By a landslide." Ramsey ended up leading the informal voting among Allen and his staff for the quarterback job, too. "We, as a coaching staff, are very transparent about a lot of things," Allen said while announcing the decision publicly Thursday morning.
