It is the first commitment for Indiana from a high school player since November of 2018 when McDonald’s All-American Trayce Jackson-Davis announced that he had signed a National Letter of Intent with the program.
Galloway chose IU over scholarship offers from Michigan State, Ohio State, Purdue, Butler, Notre Dame, Iowa and others.
Indiana recruited Galloway for more than two years, but did not offer him a scholarship until this past April following the lone spring evaluation period for college coaches.
