2016 NCAA Tournament: Indiana receives 5-seed in East region, could face Kentucky in second round

The Hoosiers will face Chattanooga in Des Moines in round one on Thursday.

For the fourth time in five years, the Indiana Hoosiers are going dancing.

The outright Big Ten champs have received a 5-seed in the NCAA Tournament, where they'll face 12-seed Chattanooga in the first round in Des Moines. If they win their first two games, including a potential second round matchup against Kentucky, they'll head to Philly for the second weekend of the tournament.

Indiana overcame a rough start to the season, including two losses in Maui that likely had an effect on the Hoosiers' strength of schedule and placement in the bracket.
