BLOOMINGTON — Illinois State basketball star Milik Yarbrough pleaded guilty to reckless conduct on Wednesday and was sentenced to 12 months of court supervision.
The misdemeanor charge relates to a dispute between Yarbrough and a former girlfriend at his apartment in Normal. He was accused of pushing Tiarra Kindle in the back as the 19-year-old woman was walking down the stairs after a disagreement.
According to Normal police reports, Kindle came to Yarbrough's apartment without permission and left with his cell phone. She faces a criminal damage to property charge for damage she allegedly caused to the phone.
