The Braves were looking to start off conference play on the right foot and found a tough challenge in Northern Iowa.
FIRST HALF
Daija Powell scored the first points of the game for the Braves, followed by a jumper from Alex Rouse, who would go on to have a big game. Rouse then hit another shot, but the Braves found themselves down 6-11 with five minutes left in the first quarter. Bradley continued to fight back. Veronika Roberts hit a one-handed shot down low, Rouse hit yet another jumper and Isis Fitch made two free throws and put back her own shot for two more points.
