PEORIA, Ill. – First-year Bradley women’s basketball head coach Andrea Gorski has another addition to the 2016-17 roster with Thursday’s announcement that 5-5 guard Alona Johnson (Milwaukee, Wis./Riverside) will join the Braves next season.
A three-time all-state selection, she helped the Tigers to a state championship as a freshman. Johnson averaged 19.7 points, five steals, four assists and three rebounds per game as a senior, wrapping up her career as the all-time leading scorer at Riverside with 1,521 career points.
"We are thrilled to welcome Alona and her family to our Bradley program,” Gorski said.
