PEORIA — At first glance, Bradley’s statistics after 10 men’s basketball games look remarkably similar to last year’s numbers at this point.
Like last season, BU is 7-3 after 10, is averaging 72 points and change, is shooting 34 percent from 3-point range and owns one win over a Power 5 school (Penn State and Kansas State, respectively).
But look a bit deeper and the numbers reflect some significant differences.
The current Braves are playing faster (17.3 seconds per possession vs. 17.9), but not shooting as well overall. They’ve launched 49 more shots (604 to 545), but have made just 12 more (261 to 249).
