OVERLAND PARK, KS – Bradley graduate forward Gerit Wintermeyer (Wiesbaden, Germany) is one of 30 men's soccer student-athletes recognized as candidates for the 2020-21 Senior CLASS Award®, according to an announcement by the award organizers Wednesday.
Wintermeyer provides the veteran presence to a youthful Bradley roster and enters the closing stretch of the season as Bradley's active leader in every offensive category, currently tied for third in program history with 10 career game-winning goals, while ranking ninth in both career points (56) and goals (24). A two-time United Soccer Coaches All-West Region second-team selection and a three-time All-Missouri Valley Conference pick, Wintermeyer is team captain for a Bradley squad that features 23 first- and second-year student-athletes.
