DES MOINES, IA – Junior George Watson beat the heat and pulled away in the final mile to win the Men's 10,000m Friday, highlighting the opening day of action for Bradley in the 2022 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Drake University's Drake Stadium.
Led by Watson's personal-best time of 29:43.60, the fifth-best time in program history despite Friday's heat, the Bradley men scored 17 points in the 10,000m and sit in fourth-place in the team standings on the strength of the night's final event.
