PEORIA, Ill. – Bradley Volleyball extended its win streak to six matches and strengthened its hold on second in the Missouri Valley Conference standings with a 25-20, 25-13, 21-25, 25-19 victory over Southern Illinois Monday at Renaissance Coliseum.
Junior Hannah Thompson, who moved into 18th in career kills at Bradley and notched her 900th career kill, turned in her ninth double-double of the year (17 kills & 11 digs) to help lead the Braves (7-3 overall, 7-3 MVC). Sophomore Karagan Coggin and Raeann Bergman each added 12 kills in the victory, while junior setter Kora Kauling served up five of Bradley's season-high 10 aces to go with five kills, six digs and a season-best 50 assists.
