ATHENS, Ohio -- Bradley forced 29 Loyola (Md.) attack errors and matched a season high with nine aces as the Braves swept the Greyhounds 25-19, 29-27, 25-21 Friday morning to open action at the Bobcat Invitational.
Senior Serena Sparks served up a career-best four aces and also led Bradley's (2-5 overall) defensive efforts with 15 digs to help highlight the three-set victory. Junior Maike Bertens Deckart paced the Braves with six kills and attacked at a .357 clip.
Bradley claimed the first set 25-19 despite registering just two kills in the frame.
