PEORIA, Ill. -- A balanced offensive attack, which featured four players in double figures in kills, and a solid defensive effort helped Bradley Volleyball improve to 9-0 at home this season as the Braves posted a 25-21, 21-25, 26-24, 25-12 victory over Loyola Friday night at Renaissance Coliseum.
The win improved Bradley to 15-4 overall and more importantly moved the Braves into a tie with Valparaiso for third in the Missouri Valley Conference standings at 5-2 in league play. The Braves will host Valparaiso Saturday night in a 7 p.m. contest.
Freshman Hannah Thompson turned in her team-best 10th double-double of the season Friday against the Ramblers (11-8 overall, 3-4 MVC), collecting 12 kills and 18 digs.
