ST. LOUIS – Illinois State volleyball's Stef Jankiewicz is one of 10 student-athletes named as a State Farm MVC Good Neighbor Award recipient for the Fall of 2019 by Commissioner Doug Elgin, the league office announced on Wednesday.
The standout setter carries a 3.65 cumulative grade-point average (GPA) as a criminal justice major, with a double minor in Spanish and psychology. The Farmington Hills, Michigan, native has already been recognized in the MVC's Enterprise Trust & Bank Scholar-Athlete Spotlight on Oct. 9 and was selected for the MVC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award for the 2018-19 school year.
