NOBLESVILLE, Ind. – In a second round that was very up and down for Illinois State senior David Perkins, the East Peoria native ended the day with a four-over 76 on the 7,173-yard, par-72 Sagamore Golf Club.
Perkins ends the second round in a tie for 41st place in the field with 18 holes remaining in the 54-hole tournament.
"I had a few holes there that would have gotten to me – and they did get to me a little bit," said Perkins. "I was able to get past those and coming in made a few birdies.
