Odum's block was returned 4 yards for a touchdown by Jakari Dillard to ignite a 24-point University of Central Arkansas fourth quarter as the 14th-ranked Bears rallied to oust ISU, 31-24, in an FCS first-round playoff game Saturday before an Estes Stadium crowd of 3,165.
"They didn't block me at all," said Odum. "They usually have three in the shield, but they only had two in the shield. They didn't account for the extra guy on the edge."
ISU bowed out at 6-6, while UCA (10-2) will play at Eastern Washington next Saturday in the second round.
