NORMAL, Ill. – Three Illinois State track & field and cross country student-athletes have been honored with yearly awards and scholarships from the ISU School of Kinesiology and Recreation. The group of student-athletes selected include senior Jack Anstey, senior Jake Gillum and recent ISU graduate Kennidi Knoblock.
Anstey, a 2019 First Team All-American on the track, was recognized with the Howard Hancock Athletic Achievement Award for his athletic accomplishments in track & field and cross country. The Howard Hancock Athletic Achievement Award recipient must be a senior student-athlete majoring in Kinesiology and Recreation, have a distinguished athletic achievement and a recommendation from the head coach of his/her sport.
