PEORIA, Ill. – On a cool afternoon, the Bradley Women's Tennis team stayed hot and won their fourth straight match with a 5-2 victory over Eastern Illinois Friday at the David Markin Tennis Courts.
Despite dropping their first doubles point in over a month, the Braves came out hot in singles. Nina Marjanovic raced to a 6-1 first set win, and was the first singles match complete by a score of 6-1, 6-0 at No. 5 Singles.
She was chased closely by Maria Bezmenova and Sandra Maletin, who themselves secured straight set victories.
