COOKEVILLE, TN - Taking full advantage of a stiff wind blowing out to right field, Tennessee Tech (5-0) launched six home runs en route to a 13-7 win against Bradley (2-2) in the opening game of their weekend series Friday afternoon at Bush Stadium.
Golden Eagles LF Collin Harris, the number 9 hitter in the Tennessee Tech order, hit three home runs, while RF Kevin Strohschein added two long balls in a 3-for-5 performance, while DH Ryan Flick was 2-for-4 with a double TTU's sixth home run. Bradley sophomore RF Jean-Francois Garon belted his third home run of the young season in the first inning and sophomore CF Andy Shadid also homered for the Braves.
