PEORIA, Ill. – Junior Taise Thompson smacked a go-ahead, two-run homer to highlight a three-run fifth inning and freshman Camryn Schaller came out of the bullpen to earn her first career save as Bradley Softball rallied for a 5-4 victory over Saint Louis Monday at the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex Slugger Dome.
Bradley (1-2 overall) had to rally from behind after Saint Louis (0-1 overall) jumped out to an early 3-0 lead. The Billikens wasted no time getting on the board, putting a pair in scoring position in the top of the first inning with only one out.
