EVANSVILLE, IND. – Caitlin Sims led the Redbirds in the second round with an even score of 72 to advance the team three spots to fourth place.
The Redbirds finished fourth out of 13 teams at the Charles Braun Jr. Intercollegiate tournament. The squad carded 643 (326-317) over 36 holes at the par-72, 6,032-yard Oak Meadow Country Club course.
Caitlin Sims played the last round of her final fall season even at 72. The senior improved her score from the first round by an impressive eight strokes to advance herself to a two-person tie for second place.
